Let’s take it back to the beginning... 

I grew up in the small town of Telluride, Colorado with big dreams of living on the California coast. I always knew I wanted to combine two of my biggest passions — wellness and connecting people — into my career. 

I followed those dreams and attended Chapman University, where I had the privilege of studying Strategic and Corporate Communication with an emphasis in Holistic Wellness. After an internship at the leading women’s fitness community, Tone It Up, I became their Email Marketing Manager. I led the strategy and execution behind their email list, which grew to 1.5 million subscribers during my time there. 

Now, I am proud to partner with even more wellness and lifestyle brands to elevate their marketing strategy, acquire new customers, build loyalty within their current audience, and ultimately boost SALE$. I collaborate with leaders in the industry like Almost 30 Podcast, Kalumi BEAUTYFOOD, The Balanced Blonde, beam, as well as high-valued companies like the LA Clippers.

When I’m not working with my incredible clients, you can find me taking long walks on the beach, strolling through the aisles of Erewhon LOL, drinking good wine, and planning my next getaway.
